2. Products & Upcycled Goods

Many of our items are handmade and/or created using reclaimed or upcycled materials.

This means:

• Natural imperfections may be present
• Minor variations in colour, grain, texture or finish may occur
• Each piece may be unique

These characteristics are part of the design and are not considered defects.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, colours may vary depending on screen settings.

3. Orders

When you place an order:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate
• You agree to pay the total price including delivery
• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Pricing errors
• Stock availability
• Suspected fraud

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Payment is processed securely via payment providers available through IONOS.

We do not store full card details.

Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• Customs (if applicable)
• Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6.1. Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us in writing via email within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

6.2. Important Exception – Custom & Personalised Items

Under UK law, personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.

This includes:

• Custom furniture
• Personalised gifts
• Made-to-order items

These items cannot be returned unless faulty.

6.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographs of the issue

If confirmed faulty, we will offer:

• A repair
• A replacement
• Or a refund

As appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6.4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Be securely packaged

We reserve the right to deduct from refunds if goods show signs of use beyond necessary inspection.

7. Handmade & Upcycled Disclaimer

Due to the nature of reclaimed and upcycled materials

• Surface markings
• Minor dents
• Patina
• Slight dimensional differences 

may occur.

These are not faults but part of the aesthetic and sustainability ethos of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• Images
• Designs
• Product descriptions
• Logos
• Branding

is the property of Faye Marie Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Upload malicious software

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse occurs.
